Shikara & Motor Boat

In addition to houseboats, guests are offered shikara and motorboats to experience the fabulous and captivating Alleppey backwaters and adjacent areas. These boats are usually open on all sides, allowing for a close view of the mesmerizing backwaters of Alappuzha. In comparison to traditional houseboats, these are much smaller and budget-friendly, accommodating up to 150 people at a time.
